Administration Items
Not returning to Mooloolah SS in 2026?
We are currently planning for 2026 and wish to request that families not intending on returning to Mooloolah State School next year please inform the administration office as soon as possible by emailing admin@mooloolahss.eq.edu.au
Please include your child/ren's name, class and future school in the email, thank you.
Year 6 Graduation
If your child has not attended Mooloolah State School since Prep, please supply copies of your child's photos to admin@mooloolahss.eq.edu.au
Q Parents
Please register for QParents if you haven't already done so. QParents has range of services with options to provide consent, notify of absences, pay invoices, view class timetables and school events.
If you do not have QParents see the below flyer for registration details. Alternatively, if a paper copy is required, please contact the office on 5413 6333 or call into the office in person.
Outstanding invoices/fees
Please follow up on payment of outstanding invoice/fees due for your child/children. Payments can be made via QParents website or via BPay using the reference number noted on the invoice. Alternatively, payment can be made in the office.
Collection of Students
When collecting students, please report to the office and we will organise for your child/children to meet you there. This allows the school to be able to manage any emergencies or instances where we need to be aware of who is at the school at any particular time. Thank you for your cooperation.

What’s On?
Week 4:
- Friday 31 Oct: Day for Daniel walk to school & World Teachers Day
- Saturday 1 Nov: Year 6 Car Wash fundraiser!
Week 7: Wednesday 19 Nov P&C Meeting – at the Mooloolah Valley Country Club (final meeting for the year)
Week 10:
- Monday 8 Dec: Year 6 graduation ceremony
- Tuesday 9 Dec: Christmas Concert
- Wednesday 10 Dec: Year 6 Bli Bli trip
- Thursday 11 Dec: Rewards Day
- Friday 12 Dec: Last Day of the school year!
P&C - We need your help in Term 4
We are looking for parent / grandparent volunteers and input with a number of events and fund raisers in Term 4.:
- Year 6 Car Wash Fund Raiser Saturday 1 November – 8am to 12noon at the school! We would love to see our school families get behind this fund raiser and bring your car up for a wash. We will be firing up the bbq as well and selling bacon and egg rolls and sausages! We will also need lots of parents and year 6 students to join us from 8am - 12noon washing cars and manning the bbq!
- Annual P&C Survey: P&C Survey – We are keen to hear from our families what you value in the P&C and ask that you complete a short survey: P&C FEEDBACK SURVEY

- End of Year Christmas Concert Tuesday 9 December – watch this space! We will be running our giant Christmas hamper raffle again, so why not throw a few extra goodies into your weekly shopping now, in advance of the call for donations!
The Usual
- Tuck Shop will run till Monday week 10.
- Subway will run till Thursday week 10.
- Uniform Shop will be open as usual on Tuesday’s 2:45pm – 3:15pm
